One of our core values as a church is that our leadership is cultivated in our local church from small group ministry to pastoral leadership. The following materials come from two specific leadership training tracks.

The Leadership Training Class or LTC is a training developed specifically for discipleship team and ministry leaders. The goal of this training is to equip leaders to effectively encourage the people in their discipleship teams, their church and their community to a greater relationship with God.
