Are you an artist or photographer? Would you like to use your creative talents to reach out to the city of Fort Collins? There will be a meeting for those who are interested in putting on or participating in community art shows on Sunday, May 4th, at 11:45 in Room 204. We need creative individuals, as well as planners, organizers, marketing people, etc. Please join us and RSVP to Lee Vary at (970) 412-2151.

 

 

Common Cause Teams are groups of people from various seasons of life who are united to serve the church or the community through a common ministry interest. Currently our common cause groups include ministry to international students at CSU, Crown Financial Ministries, a neighborhood outreach in north Fort Collins, and a ministry to Single Parents. For more information, contact your Season of Life Ministry Director.

 

The single parents meet the last Sunday of the month after church. Lunch and childcare are provided. Due to other events, the March meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be Sunday, April 27th. We will finish the Proactive Parenting DVD series with the video Providing for Your Family's Needs. All are welcome!

 

There is also a Discipleship Team for single moms that meets on Friday evenings in Room 213 of SVCC. Contact Vanessa or Melissa for more information. Download our current activity calendar .

Every fall Summitview, in partnership with the Fort Collins Church Network, participates in Make a Difference Day. In 2007 we had 265 people volunteer at various organizations throughout Larimer County!
